Join our Adelaide team and lead the Rental & Retail operations for the world's largest RV rental group We're seeking a proactive Senior Manager to oversee workshop teams, ensure top vehicle standards, and drive efficient repairs and maintenance. You'll manage service agents, collaborate with sales, liaise with clients, and support after-sales and incident management. Your focus will include minimizing fleet downtime, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Lead workshop and service teams to complete repairs, maintenance, and safety checks.
  • Collaborate with Rental, Retail, and Sales teams for efficient fleet management.
  • Liaise with customers and external partners, providing expert advice and resolving concerns.
  • Support breakdown response and after-sales activities.
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all operations.
  • Conduct regular fleet inspections and maintain accurate reports.
About You
  • Leadership experience in automotive, rental, or retail sectors.
  • Skilled in team supervision, training, and performance management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and licensing for motorhome operations.
