About Us
Our client is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a multi-storey residential project. You will be lead the delivery of a landmark high-rise development in Adelaide. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional with a strong background in managing complex building projects from the ground up.
About the role:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met
- Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate with Contracts Administrators and contribute to procurement strategy
- Ensure compliance with industrial relations and workplace safety regulations
- Drive project timelines and deliverables to meet construction milestones
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in the construction industry
- Proven leadership in delivering high-rise residential projects valued
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Site Supervisor Licence and Senior First Aid Certificate
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
