Your Role in Creating Change
As a Parent Pathways Mentor, you'll work closely with
local community and government services to deliver personalised,
family-focused support. Based in Brooklyn Park,
you'll be part of a collaborative effort to build a just and
compassionate society, uplifting families and helping them achieve
their goals.

What You'll Bring
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Services (Social
Work, Education, Youth Work, Employment Services) or
equivalent experience.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Services (Social
- Certificate III/IV Community Services/Child, Youth,
Family Intervention (Desirable) - Training in working with families facing complex
needs. - Experience in case management and working with
marginalised individuals. - Certifications:
- Child Safe Environments and RAN-EC
qualification.
- Child Safe Environments and RAN-EC
- DHS Working with Children Check.
- DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Skills & Commitment:
- Strong community engagement and networking
abilities.
- Strong community engagement and networking
- Knowledge of educational and vocational
pathways. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database
systems. - A deep commitment to social inclusion and quality
service delivery.
