About the ProgramProject Management Pathways Program is a structured return-to-work program designed specifically for people seeking to re-enter the workforce and build a meaningful career in project management within our Delivery division. Successful applicants will join Transgrid as full-time Project Administrators and take part in a tailored development program designed to build your capability, confidence, and career opportunities.

We're seeking people from all backgrounds who are motivated to relaunch their careers and develop into future project leaders. No prior project experience is required - just bring your transferable skills, passion to learn, and commitment to building a career in the energy and infrastructure sector. We welcome applicants who may have had career breaks for caring responsibilities, travel, study or other personal pursuits and are ready to return to meaningful work.
