Sarina Russo Job Access is one of Australia's leading employment services providers, and is also one of the largest Self Employment Assistance providers across Australia, located in Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales We are one of the longest established providers having assisted in creating over 16,000 business.
We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our Self Employment Assistance Team as an Administrator (Business Support). This is a full time role working Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) based in Brisbane CBD.
Our Business Support Administrator are responsible for:
- General Administration support and assisting Business coaches
- Assisting with quality assurance to ensure compliance
- Ensuring insurance is correct, in place and renewed when required
- Provide accurate record management, and data entry
- Liaising with Workforce Australia providers and participants
- Processing of invoices and reimbursements for participants
- Assistance with processing quarterly income statements
- Assisting Business Coaches with processing requests for suspensions, recommencement and terminations.
To be successful, you will need:
- Strong computer skills; particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
- Highly developed interpersonal skills developing and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high level of customer service, quality and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
