We're looking for a
Digital
Business Analyst
to play a key role in shaping the next phase of our
Commercial Retail Client's
digital customer experience. This is a major initiative spanning ecommerce capability and customer-facing platforms, and you'll be central to understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable outcomes for the delivery teams. The role offers flexibility with four days WFH and one day in the office.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with stakeholders across business and technology to understand requirements, challenges, and opportunities
  • Translating customer and business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for digital platforms
  • Creating user stories, process maps, and documentation that drive clarity and alignment across teams
  • Supporting product owners and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure business value is achieved
  • Contributing to testing, validation, and readiness activities to ensure smooth deployment and adoption

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within digital, ecommerce, or customer-facing environments
  • Proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and communicate complex information in plain language
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience working on projects that involve websites, customer portals, or digital platforms is highly regarded
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to balance detail with the bigger picture
