Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia Censeo Field and Lab Pty Ltd Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Censeo Field and Lab is evolving into an integrated provider of contract R&D, field trials and a regulatory advisory company for the agricultural sector. Our clients range from small start-ups with breakthrough technologies through to multinational agrichem suppliers. We also deliver applied field research and extension services directly to the animal and cropping industries. With deep expertise across the agriculture sector, we deliver end-to-end registration services that ensure our clients' products meet all regulatory requirements.

We are currently recruiting for a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This role manages product registrations, supports industries with minor permits and assists our research team in delivering tailored R&D projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Your role will involve (but is not limited to):

· Coordinate and submit regulatory applications to meet registration goals and timelines

· Prepare technical arguments, data summaries and risk assessments to support registrations and minor permits.

· Update registration plans based on regulatory or product-related changes

· Assess requirements and commission studies to support new and existing product labels

· Liaise directly with regulatory bodies (APVMA, TGA and others) to negotiate data requirements, respond to queries and defend submission outcomes.

· Advise internal teams on regulatory risks to guide decision-making

· Monitor and share updates on regulatory and industry standards with local teams and overseas

· Track regulatory changes in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ)

· Ensure compliance with ANZ label, SDS, and product regulations

Benefits/culture

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior candidate, perhaps with a background in a laboratory or scientific environment—who is eager to transition into regulatory affairs. You'll be joining a young but rapidly growing organisation where you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship from industry experts, and the chance to build a rewarding career in the agricultural R&D sector.

At the same time, this role is also open to a seasoned regulatory professional seeking a fresh challenge in a company that offers a clear progression pathway, a collaborative team culture, and the chance to immediately join the executive management ranks in the crop protection industry.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to take the next step, this company provides a supportive and inclusive environment where you can learn, grow, and thrive.
