Training Coordinator

This role involves supporting department heads and trainers to manage and support students throughout all stages of their training. Effective communication is key in this position, ensuring seamless collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Process enrolments, assessments, attendance, and completions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely manner, maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
- Apply attention to detail and accuracy when processing data, minimising errors and discrepancies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with students, staff, and external partners.
- A positive can-do attitude, driving motivation and enthusiasm within the team.
- Strong attention to detail, guaranteeing precision and accuracy in data management.
- A pro-active problem-solving approach, addressing challenges promptly and effectively.
- Proven experience in RTO administration, demonstrating expertise in regulatory compliance and student management systems.
- Experience working with government funding, familiarising yourself with relevant policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in student management system software, streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing efficiency.
