Our Team
Our National Tax team is one of the largest and most successful and largest practices amongst Australian law firms and is led by industry experts, with extensive experience across the full spectrum of tax laws.

Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our highly regarded team. Working closely with the national corporate / direct tax partners, you will work on a variety of matters including tax structuring, financing, tax due diligence, contract drafting and general income tax advice. Many of the matters involve corporate income tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, divestments and capital reorganisations.

More About You

  • have at least 5 years' experience post-admission and technical experience in tax
  • have worked in a law firm, big 4 professional services firms, or government in a tax related field
  • have strong plain English drafting skills and the ability to explain complex issues to clients clearly and concisely
