About the RoleIdeally, 5–7 years of post-qualification experience (PAE). Flexible work requests will be considered subject to experience and role requirements.
About YouWe are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised lawyer with proven experience in corporate insolvency assignments and commercial litigation. Core workstreams include:
- Voluntary administration, liquidation and receiverships for appointees, directors or key stakeholders
- Secured creditor realisations
- Commercial litigation with a focus on financial services and Corporations Act disputes
You will be supported by a collaborative, flexible team and will have access to a career development program tailored to your level of experience, plus pro bono and community initiatives.
