An award-winning and well-established firm is looking for a Senior Associate / Corporate Transactional Solicitor to join its highly regarded corporate/commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a growing, reputable practice based in Eastbourne.

The Role:

As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with a widely respected Senior Equity Partner, contribute to a high-achieving corporate/commercial team and mentor a couple of Junior Solicitors. Your expertise will be crucial in handling multi-million-pound transactions, including:

  1. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  2. Corporate Restructuring
  3. Corporate Refinancing
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Approximately 9 years PQE
  2. Experience managing complex, high-value transactions
  3. Strong technical knowledge in corporate/commercial law
What's on Offer:
  1. Competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience
  2. Bonus structure
