An award-winning and well-established firm is looking for a Senior Associate / Corporate Transactional Solicitor to join its highly regarded corporate/commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a growing, reputable practice based in Eastbourne.
The Role:As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with a widely respected Senior Equity Partner, contribute to a high-achieving corporate/commercial team and mentor a couple of Junior Solicitors. Your expertise will be crucial in handling multi-million-pound transactions, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Corporate Restructuring
- Corporate Refinancing
The ideal candidate will have:
- Approximately 9 years PQE
- Experience managing complex, high-value transactions
- Strong technical knowledge in corporate/commercial law
- Competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience
- Bonus structure
- Benefits package including death in service, pension, and study support
