Known for our exquisite wines and exceptional customer service, we offer a unique and memorable experience for our guests. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Wait Staff, Bar Staff and Cellar Door Staff primarily for weekends.

Job Description:

As a member of our wait and bar staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and seating guests
  • Taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently
  • Providing detailed information about our wines and menu
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
  • Ensuring a clean and organised dining and bar area
  • Assisting in setting up and closing down the restaurant/bar

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of wines and beverages is a plus
  • Positive attitude and a team player
