About the role
Are you a Front of House (FOH) rockstar? We're looking for talented and enthusiastic wait staff to join the team at Mario's Italian Restaurant in Broadbeach, QLD. As a casual employee, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you'll be doing
- Providing outstanding customer service and actively engaging with customers in a friendly demeanor
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
- Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
- Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Enthusiasm, energy and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work culture
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required
