About the role

Are you a Front of House (FOH) rockstar? We're looking for talented and enthusiastic wait staff to join the team at Mario's Italian Restaurant in Broadbeach, QLD. As a casual employee, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing outstanding customer service and actively engaging with customers in a friendly demeanor
  2. Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
  3. Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
  5. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Enthusiasm, energy and a genuine passion for hospitality
  4. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work culture
  5. Strong time management and multitasking skills
  6. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required
