At Growin Early Education Centre, we believe children learn best when they are free to explore, investigate, and imagine. Our philosophy is grounded in curiosity, creativity, and connection - creating environments where educators and children grow together.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our small family-oriented centre in Applecross. You'll be the heart of the centre, building strong relationships with families, inspiring your team, and upholding Growin's vision for excellence in early childhood education.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of dedicated educators.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and National Quality Standards.
  • Foster a warm, inclusive environment where every child and educator feels valued.
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.

About You

You are an inspiring leader who thrives on creating meaningful change in early education.

You bring:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Proven leadership experience in a childcare or early learning setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and current early childhood practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for mentoring educators.
