Flourish Early Learning Centres are family focused boutique centres with a considered growth strategy to deliver outstanding nurture and education to children. Flourish proudly boast passionate educators, excellent facilities and supportive management for families, children and staff.

Our brand new purpose built 66 place centre is looking passionate and dedicated room leaders to support managing classrooms and assisting our Centre Director to build on our success.

To be successful in this role you will be a passionate about providing outstanding experiences for the children & families and bring your team with you on the journey to create an amazing environment and learning spaces.

Ideally with several years experience in a similar role you will be a leader and motivating educator with capable administrative skills, high attention to detail and unwaivering standards.

You will have a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, NQS and regulations.

The ability to develop excellent relationships with families is essential, along with managing operations to maximise enrolments and ensuring Flourish is see as the centre of choice for families in the community.

The successful applicant will be friendly, outgoing and approachable individual who works well in a team but autonomously. Outstanding communication skills are essential as is a professional level of presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor of Education (0-5years) or a Diploma in Children's Services or Working Towards are required for this position.

Pay: $36.00 – $42.00 per hour
