A leading global organisation is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist / Office All-Rounder to join their team on a temporary contract basis. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment within a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails efficiently.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and printing documents.
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and ad hoc tasks as required.
• Support the team with scheduling and coordination as needed.
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception and office area.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Professional and friendly demeanour, with excellent attention to detail.
