About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Relationship and Administration Manager to join our dynamic team at Ezi Methods. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and overseeing a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of our operations. Based in Adelaide or Perth you will play a vital role in driving the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively manage and develop relationships with our valued client base
  2. Coordinate and oversee the administration function, ensuring efficient processes and accurate record-keeping
  3. Provide high-quality customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  4. Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals and other business documents
  5. Support the sales team by providing administrative and account management support
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and procedures
  7. Collaborate with the broader team to achieve our overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Substantial experience in a similar relationship management or administrative role, ideally within the automotive or a related industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  4. Proficiency in using a range of office software, including Microsoft Office suite
  5. A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  6. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team environment
