Boarding Supervisors (Male Dorm) – Full-Time Position

Shifts to suit your lifestyle:


• Weekday afternoons & overnights (3:15pm–10pm, sleepover, 6:00am–8:30am)


• Weekend day shifts (8:00am–4:00pm)

  • Weekend evening shift (3:30pm - 10pm)

Create a home-away-from-home for our students

Be a positive role model, inspiring faith and leadership

Plan fun, engaging activities

Support daily routines, meals, and family communication

What you'll need:


• LR License (Manual) with PTD (to obtain as part of the recruitment process and due to the inherent nature of the position be able to undergo a pre-employment medical or functional capacity assessment to confirm ability)


• Working with Children Check & First Aid Certificate (we'll help you get these)


• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check


• Training provided on the job: PeaceWise 'Everyday Peacemaking', National Principles on the Right of the Child, Administration of Medication, Safe Food Handling


• Bonus qualifications (preferred or obtainable): Cert IV in Community Services or Youth Work, Community Surf Rescue or Bronze Medallion.
