PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT - Residential Aged Care

  • Work across 2 homes - Ballan and Canadian (Ballarat) Location
  • Casual AM / PM Shifts across two aged care homes not far from each other

We're looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team across our residential homes in Ballarat and Ballan. In this rewarding role, you'll provide high-quality care that supports the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of our aged clients—helping them live their best possible lives.

What you bring:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Residential Aged Care.
  • Availability to work AM and PM shifts weekday and weekends.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
  • Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
  • Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
  • Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude.
