Role Responsibilities

  • Our Australian team is looking for an experienced
    Training Manager
    who will be part of building our aftersales business in ZEEKR Australia and New Zealand. At ZEEKR, we build strong relationships with our customers and partners by offering outstanding service and guidance throughout the chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and localise local training content utilising global content and best practices
  • Support local business functions will Commercial training and development programs
  • Administer ZEEKR partner training programs, monitor Technician development pathways and support business partners in achieving market readiness requirements
  • Liaise with HQ Training and Aftersales teams to highlight local market requirements and future program development
  • Support Quality and Technical Managers in product quality evaluation
  • Source, setup and implement the local ZEEKR Australia and New Zealand training academy

Qualifications & requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in Training and Management, preferably within an existing OEM
  • A strong track record of program development and implementation
  • Strong budgeting and reporting capabilities to ensure effective program development
  • Ability to build strong rapport with business partners and stakeholders of all levels
  • Agile thinker with the ability to implement changes quickly to fit business needs through development
  • Previous experience in staff management, planning and objective setting
