Finesse Financial Services are an award winning Finance Brokerage business who are growing and looking to add to our team. We are on the search for an experienced credit analyst/para broker who will manage the home lending operations of our company for our valued clients who are at the heart of what we do.

This remote role will involve the support and management of our home loan offering to our clients where first class service is paramount.

The successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:

  • Liaise with brokers and clients to prepare and collect information for loan applications
  • Undertake all processes relating to a home loan application including debt servicing, pricing, valuations.
  • Complete financial analysis (where required)
  • Research product options for applicants with our panel of lenders
  • Communicate with lenders to assist with solutions for clients
  • Ensure compliance requirements are adhered to
  • Stay updated on lender policies and products
  • Provide clients with ongoing support and service.
  • Manage workflow internally and externally with lenders.
  • Contribute towards continual improvement of processes and management of the business.
  • Management of home loan support team (offshore)

An ideal applicant has:

  • 2-3 years experience in credit analyst or para broker roles
  • Strong understanding of residential lending
  • Proficient in loan submission platforms (AOL, LoanApp)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience with lending for self employed home loan applicants
  • Experience with business lending (nice to have)
  • Experience with SMSF lending (nice to have)
