**Para Broker Support Role**

We are seeking an experienced Para Broker to support a high-performing financial services firm with strategy, structure, and loan execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support brokers with loan structuring, servicing analysis, and borrowing capacity reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant files and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Stay across lender policies and market changes to offer informed support.
  • Deliver timely updates and proactive communication to brokers and clients.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

**What Success Looks Like:**

  • High broker and client satisfaction through proactive support and communication.
  • Demonstrated ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to add value by identifying opportunities or risks in loan scenarios.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years' experience in para-broking or broker support.
  • Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
  • Strong working knowledge of residential loan products and lender policy.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset and genuine passion for supporting brokers and clients.
