We're seeking a professional
Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and provide vital administrative support for smooth branch functioning.
Key Accountabilities
:
Provide full reception duties, including but not limited to: -
- Answer and direct calls as part of a shared national phone system to support smooth communication across branches
- Greet visitors
- Coordinate postal/courier services
- Daily banking activities
- Visitor log book maintenance
- Provide backup support to Operations Co-ordinator as requested by the Branch Operations Manager
Provide administration support, including but not limited to: -
- Meeting Room and office maintenance
- Provide support in client meetings as required
- Office mailbox management
- Travel Booking
- Access card management including quarterly reconciliation
- Maintain stationery and office supplies inventories and replenish as required
- Order catering as directed
- Support with branch events
Ideally, you will possess experience in a similar role plus:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to client service excellence
- Strong computer literacy to ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and polices for internal procedures
- Ability to develop and drive meaningful working relationships at all levels
