We are excited to announce the opening of our newest boutique at Chatswood Chase this October. We are looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to join us in this exciting new chapter for our Maison.

The Position

Our Chatswood Chase Boutique is seeking a Boutique Manager - Full Time. This is an opportunity showcase your skillset and work closely with the Team to open and grow the Store, and the Longchamp Brand.

Alongside a Team of 5, you will report into the Retail Manager and be responsible for the delivery of the Store objectives, operational activities, team training, CRM, and achievement of Sales Targets.

The position will require working Monday - Friday.

About You:

You are an experienced Manager and Retailer, you are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about fashion and retail. You bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a retail store environment
  • An ability to demonstrate your success in driving and meeting operational and performance objectives.
  • Ability to lead by example, multi-task in the delivery of the store operations, presentation, achievement of sales targets, team training and engagement, VM, CRM, and product knowledge.
  • The ability to coach, develop, inspire and engage a Team.
  • Capability to work independently using your initiative to solve problems as they arise.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in CRM.
  • Experience in reporting and collaborating across a global company.
  • All the attributes of a proactive, motivated, highly organised and result-driven individual that is respected by your peers and customers for your leadership, ethics, empathy and value you add.
