About You:You are an influential leader who loves making an impact and who can lead a team to build business success. If you have a track record of mentoring and training team members, coupled with a passion for being an ambassador in your environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and KPI results
  • Training, developing and mentoring our team
  • Managing the day to day of the boutique including rostering, inventory management and reporting
  • Delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our KIVARI customer
  • Greeting all visitors to the boutique
  • Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard
  • Manage new stock deliveries
  • Recruitment
  • Visual Merchandising

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience managing or supervising a boutique.
  • Strong background in customer service and sales.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
  • A natural leader with strong communication and influencing skills.
