The Role:

We are looking for a motivated Learner / Packing Operator to join our production team. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training provided. You will work alongside experienced operators, assisting with packing, machine operation, and general production duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist machine operators with packing and production runs
  • Load/unload products into machines safely and efficiently
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Label, seal, and prepare finished products for dispatch
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg bags when required
  • Punctual, with a good work ethic and team spirit
  • Previous experience in food production or packing is an advantage, but not required
