About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Storeperson to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth stock movement, accurate order preparation, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Handling & Organisation
  • Stack and organise pallets according to warehouse layout and space availability.
  • Transfer and return CHEP pallets as required.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
  • Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for all stock movement.
  • Unload and empty containers efficiently and safely.
  • Provide stock to the packing area and machine area as required to ensure continuous production flow.
  • Order Preparation
  • Pick and prepare orders based on packing/order forms.
  • Write down and verify batch numbers during picking and dispatch.
  • Ensure all items are prepared correctly, safely, and on time for delivery.
  • Help with unstacking pallets received from Sydney or other branches.
  • Planning & Coordination
  • Assist with planning delivery dates and coordinating with drivers and office staff.
  • Ensure warehouse space is used efficiently based on incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Support the team in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Requirements

  • Forklift Licence – Mandatory
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with batch and stock management.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg safely.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
