What you and the team will be doing (training will be given)

  • Order entry into SAP

  • Inbound and outbound phone calls

  • Responding to email queries

  • Booking transport, running reports

  • Invoicing and raising credits

  • Pro-active follow up as orders progress through the fulfilment process

  • General Administration duties

  • Occasional Manual handling

Skills Required

  • Professional & polite phone/email manner

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently

  • Ability to be proactive and problem solve where required

  • A strong customer focused work ethic

  • Touch typist preferred

  • Lots of training and support available

  • Punctual and reliable

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook & SAP preferred but not essential

Working Hours & Wages

  • Permanent Full Time Role $28.50/hr x 40 hrs per week

  • 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

  • Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (if you would prefer to start at 9am we can accommodate)

  • We will occasionally require you to cover the early morning shift between 6:00am – 2:30pm

  • Breaks: one unpaid half an hour lunch break
