WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN YOUR PROJECT ENGINEER ROLE

You'll be at the heart of planning and delivering impactful civil and landscape projects across Sydney. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors, you'll provide essential technical and administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards.

YOUR GENERAL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Providing project support and assistance through the ownership and delivery of defined projects aligned with best practice and client standards
  • Preparing and coordinating project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress monitoring
  • Assisting in the coordination of all project elements such as QA/QC, logistics, compliance, subcontractor management, equipment control, and project administratio
  • Managing project briefs, action logs, budgets, and performance tracking
  • Liaising daily with Site Supervisors, Project Managers, and other project personnel to provide technical support and problem-solving on site
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 2 years' experience in civil, landscaping, or infrastructure construction engineering
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, QA/QC, and project management principles
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Confidence working in a dynamic, site-based environment where priorities can shift
