The Role

We are in search of an accomplished Manager with a wealth of expertise in the field of accounting, particularly in the management of a diverse portfolio of both local and international clients. This role requires outstanding leadership abilities and exceptional skills in client account management. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a select group of the firm's premier clients and leading an exceptional team committed to delivering unparalleled client experiences.

As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a compact team, ensuring that the team delivers client compliance work punctually, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
  • Interacting with clients, involving cross-divisional collaborations to provide a seamless end-to-end client experience
  • Leveraging your understanding of the team to facilitate peak performance and growth
  • Delegating tasks clearly and establishing realistic yet challenging expectations for your team
  • Cultivating meaningful client relationships
  • Providing value-added client advice while meeting the firm's key performance indicators (KPIs).

As our new team member, you will have:

  • Ambition to advance your career within a thriving mid-tier firm
  • Prior experience in managing a larger client base, with some exposure to international clients
  • Hold a degree in Accounting
  • Possess a Post Graduate qualification such as a CA or similar
  • Experience in Professional Services
  • Proven managerial capabilities
  • Prior exposure to international clients
