Senior Manager - Business Services & Advisory

This is a pivotal Senior Manager opportunity within a high-performing Business Services & Advisory division. You'll lead complex client engagements, advise business owners on strategic and structural matters, and help shape the future of the Practice. Responsibilities

  • Manage a sophisticated client portfolio including SMEs, family groups, and HNWIs
  • Deliver strategic advisory across structuring, tax planning, and business growth
  • Oversee technical reviews, financial statements, and compliance deliverables
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of emerging leaders and senior accountants
  • Drive workflow, budgeting, and client relationship management at a strategic level
  • Contribute to business development and expand external networks
  • Collaborate with Partners on firmwide initiatives and growth strategy

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified with deep public practice experience
  • Proven advisory expertise and ability to lead complex engagements
  • Commercially astute with a track record of driving client outcomes
  • Inspiring leader with a passion for team development
  • Strategic thinker, confident communicator, and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
