About The Opportunity

Programmed is seeking an experienced Data & Performance Team Leader to join our high-performing and motivated team in Perth. Based in our Burswood office, this new role will be pivotal in leading a team of Data & Performance Analysts who oversee our facility management contracts in Western Australia. The position is responsible for ensuring the effective management and day-to-day operations of the data and performance team to guarantee they are in line with our contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the data and performance team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, including security, architecture and data quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, develop data reports and deliver actionable insights.
  • Work with IT to maintain system performance and ensure continuity of reporting and analytics.
  • Conduct data analysis, modeling and troubleshooting to support business goals and resolve issues.
  • Manage team resources, timelines and tasks to achieve strategic objectives and high-quality desirables.
  • Monitor data quality, implement corrective actions and drive improvement in tools, processes and reporting.

About You

To excel in this position you will have previous management experience in data science, business analytics or information technology, ideally within the facilities or services industry and be driven to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Qualification in IT, Business Analytics or Data Science
  • Experience with Big Data frameworks and tools
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills ensuring efficient task prioritization
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite
