Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering person-centred care and support based on individual needs and support plans
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access
  • Completing accurate progress notes and documentation after each shift
  • Working respectfully alongside families, health professionals, and internal care teams to achieve great outcomes

Who We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 8 months of experience in disability or community support
  • Clear communication skills and a respectful, compassionate approach
  • Someone flexible, reliable, and available across both weekdays and weekends
  • A positive, outgoing attitude and strong sense of responsibility

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current Australian Working Rights
  • National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle & comprehensive insurance
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Infection Control Training
  • First Aid & CPR certification

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $37.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

  • Do you have a valid National Police Check (dated within the past 12 months)?
  • Do you have a current Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance?
  • Have you completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module ('Quality, Safety and You')?
  • Do you hold a valid First Aid & CPR Certificate?
  • Do you have a valid Working With Children Check (Employee Type)?
