We're looking for a motivated and capableSupervisor to join our high-performing team in a busy, fast-paced café. If you're a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, this is your chance to step into a key role and grow into store management.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with the owner to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly across service, staff, and stock. This is a hands-on role that requires energy, focus, and a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead staff during busy shifts
  • Support training, and staff development
  • Manage daily operations and customer service standards
  • Place and manage stock orders
  • Uphold a positive and productive team culture
  • Step up as a key decision-maker in the owner's absence

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role in hospitality (café or similar)
  • A calm and confident presence under pressure
  • Great communication, problem-solving, and people skills
  • Barista skills or kitchen experience highly regarded
  • Availability across a 5 day roster, including occassional weekends
