Arbor Mech are based in the Eastern Suburbs. We work both in-house at our Boronia workshop and onsite. Approximately 10-20% of jobs are out on the road, providing specialised maintenance services to our customers and also giving us a change of scene

Position: Mechanic

Location: Croydon, VIC

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of arborist equipment, including chippers, stump grinders, loaders, trucks and more.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional service to our customers.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs completed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with strong background in diesel plant and equipment repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. (MR or HR an advantage)
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
