Our client:

A large global top tier law firm, with an impressive Brisbane office, highly sought after, known for looking after their people, high quality clients and work.

Your potential next role:

Conveyancing Paralegal with at least two years' experience reporting to approachable and down-to-earth Partners. You will be working with clients nationally and be a part of a highly successful and largest teams in Australia.

You will manage your own files, build your own relationships and liaise with clients directly.

You will have the support of colleague paralegals, lawyers, administrators and clerks. Processes and resources are in place to make your day run smoothly.

Your responsibilities:

  • Receiving instructions.
  • Managing conveyancing files from contract to settlement.
  • Preparing contracts, transfer documents, settlement figures and PEXA settlements.
  • Monitoring matter progress.
  • Managing client communication and liaison.

Your skills and experience:

  • At least two years' proven experience at running your own conveyancing files.
  • The desire to learn new areas and expertise.
  • Ability to handle high quality and high volume.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and organisation ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
