About the Role
As the
Content Manager,
you'll report directly to the Content Leader and oversee the class production pipeline from a Pilates-qualified perspective. You'll review and approve all scripts and final edits, direct models on shoot days, and ensure every class meets Pronto's standards for safety, flow, and instructional clarity. You'll act as the final quality gatekeeper before content is published, bringing strong leadership, sound judgment, and attention to detail to every stage of production.
This is an admin-heavy role, anchored in systems, version control, and quality checkpoints. It's ideal for a senior Pilates professional who can think critically, act decisively, and balance collaboration with initiative to reach thoughtful, informed outcomes.
Key Responsibilities of this role:
You'll manage the full Pilates content pipeline from exercise planning through to final edit, ensuring every class meets brand, safety, and instructional standards.
Class Planning
- Create and deliver four complete class plans each week using exercises from Pronto's existing library of filmed exercises
- Conduct final reviews of video edits to ensure all visual and voiceover elements are optimised for an intuitive, high-quality member experience.
Exercise Planning
- Every week, plan, film and upload 20 low-fidelity videos of yourself performing exercises that demonstrate movement pace, layered progressions, and overall exercise duration.
- Document each exercises information in Notion, including spring settings, props used, difficulty level, muscle groups targeted etc.
- Collaborate with our script editor to ensure all cues are relevant, intentional, and appropriate in a real-world class context, delivering 100+ high quality, shoot ready exercises every six weeks.
Directing On-Set Filming
- Direct Pilates talent during on-set filming sessions every six weeks located at our cyclorama studio in Perth, WA.
- Lead shoots confidently, resolving cueing, scripting, or movement issues in real time to keep production on schedule and quality high.
Team
Collaboration
- Own the quality of all Pilates content from draft to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with our Project Manager to stay aligned with weekly production timelines and deliverables.
- Partner with Script and Video Editors to ensure all edits reflect Pilates intent and instructional standards.
To secure an interview, you should possess the following:
- Qualified Reformer Pilates expert with a minimum of 5 years teaching experience and strong understanding of Pilates principles, cueing, and the ability to critically assess instructional accuracy.
- Thinks critically and acts decisively, able to assess a situation, gather input where needed, and collaborate or take initiative to reach thoughtful, informed outcomes.
- Ability to design intelligently layered exercise flows and customise full-body class programs suitable for a range of skill levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in articulating movement instructions clearly and concisely for scripting and voiceover.
- Technically capable of reviewing video files, tracking filenames and versions, and clearly flagging approvals or required edits (training provided).
- Highly organised and process-driven, capable of managing multiple weekly deliverables and tracking exercise documentation.
- Clear and proactive communicator who collaborates effectively with other team members to keep everything moving smoothly.
- Self-motivated and reliable with a strong sense of personal accountability for maintaining high standards and hitting weekly production targets.
- Comfortable spending most of the day working digitally.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. Although there is flexibility on the work schedule, you will need to be able to work hours that are able to connect with international colleagues. This role is primarily remote, with travel to Perth every 6 weeks for filming sessions.
