We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals living with complex mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to clients with Behaviours of Concern (BOC) in line with their Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP).
  • Implement strategies and follow care plans diligently to ensure safety, consistency, and positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and professional documentation in a clear and non-judgmental manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and allied health professionals to create a safe, empowering, and inclusive environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow established protocols and document thoroughly.
  • Open-minded, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to care.
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work mornings, afternoons, and sleepover shifts.

Training & Support

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, equipping you with the skills and confidence needed to excel in this role.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.00 – $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
