Forensic Mental Health Support Worker / Forensic Disability Support Worker

Location: Mulgrave, VIC

Organisation: Grace Quality Care

Grace Quality Care is seeking resilient and compassionate Forensic Mental Health Support Workers (male and female) to support a 20-year-old participant living in Mulgrave.

The ideal candidates will have experience in forensic, mental health, or complex behavioural support, and be confident working in dynamic environments where safety, structure, and empathy are essential.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in forensic or mental health support preferred

* Strong communication and behavioural management skills

* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & First Aid
