Jewellery Retail Sales Manager: Melbourne

Temple and Grace jewellery is one of Australia's leading jewellery store. Located at 1 Queens Road (just opposite Albert park) in Melbourne, VIC 3004, we are looking for a self-motivated individual with knowledge of diamonds and jewellery OR prior Jewellery Sales experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will be in-charge of the Melbourne jewellery boutique and must hence have a passion for exceeding client expectations. If you would like to experience the feeling of brand-ownership and make an impact without wearing a name badge and uniform, then perhaps this opportunity is for you. You would need to be at the jewellery boutique from Friday to Monday (at the very least), and we may be able to offer more hours/days if you are flexible. An attractive salary package and flexible working hours will be provided to those who have have good knowledge of jewellery (specially engagement and wedding rings).
If a full-time position is not something you are looking for, we also have part time/casual openings available. Our clients visit us after making bookings on our website. So, even if you're looking for a flexible part-time (Friday to Monday) role, this opportunity may be just what you are looking for Honestly, working with us will make you feel like you are running your own jewellery business. And because we're a jewellery boutique, you will NOT need to stand for long hours like you need to do at a typical retail store.
The IndividualYou should be able to show that you can thrive as part of an intimate team. You should be self-driven and possess a strong level of enthusiasm. Encountering discerning clients, you should be capable of reaching and exceeding their expectations through sophisticated presentation, outstanding communication and organisational skills.
Excellent in-house training will be provided, with an opportunity for on-going jewellery education to expand your knowledge and expertise in this exciting industry.
