The Role

We're seeking an experienced Steel Fixing Foreman / Leading Hand to oversee crews on a range of exciting projects across Brisbane, including multiple 5+ storey developments. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity for long-term, ongoing work.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 5 years' steel fixing experience in commercial or high-rise construction
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • PPE: Steel cap boots, hard hat, long pants
  • Tools: Nips, reel, belt, tape
  • Construction Induction Card (White or Blue)
  • Reliable transport
  • Full Australian work rights or valid construction-eligible visa
