Cobild Graduate Program 2026 – Not Your Typical Start

Let's be honest – most grad programs are the same. Ours isn't.

We're taking on just four grads in 2026. Yep, four. Not because we're exclusive, but because we'd rather back a few legends properly than spread ourselves thin. You'll be supported, challenged, and trusted from day one. No coffee runs. No mindless paperwork. Just real projects, real learning, and a team of Cobildians that's genuinely invested in you.

Two ways to jump in:

  • Cadets – Still studying Construction Management (or something similar)? Join us part-time (minimum 3 days/week) and get stuck into the action while you finish your degree.
  • Graduates – Just finished University? Come on board full-time and start building your career with purpose.

What makes this program different?

  • A career, not a contract. We're looking for long-term Cobildians who'll grow into future roles and help shape our workplace.
  • You're in the mix, not on the bench. From day one, you'll be hands-on, learning by doing (and sometimes by failing. that's part of it).
