About the Role

As an
IT Intern
, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to support a range of information technology functions — including software development, IT support, networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity, depending on your background and interests.

This placement is suitable for individuals studying or recently graduated from an IT or computer science-related program who are looking to enhance their employability through practical training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support in software development, troubleshooting, or IT helpdesk operations
  • Assist in network monitoring, configuration, and systems maintenance
  • Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
  • Participate in testing, quality assurance, and technical support activities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth IT service delivery
  • Conduct research on new tools, and technologies.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
    (international students welcome)
  • Basic knowledge in areas such as
    programming, databases, networking, or IT support
  • Familiarity with tools or technologies such as
    Microsoft Office, Python, Java, SQL, or cloud platforms
    (advantageous but not required)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
  • Availability for at least
    3 days per week
    during the internship
