As the newest member of our growing network in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, our Ringwood store is looking for a Qualified Mechanic ready to take the next step in their career. About the Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, this is a hands-on role where you'll be on the tools while also supporting the smooth running of the workshop. You'll help manage daily workflow, job allocations, and customer interactions – gaining experience that will set you up for leadership roles in the future.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid mechanical background who is looking to transition off the tools over time. We're committed to mentoring and supporting your career growth, with structured training in automotive underbody specialisation, people management, and business operations.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Hands-on mechanical work across a wide range of vehicles – from passenger cars and 4WDs to classic models
  • Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Allocating jobs and managing workflow through the workshop
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
  • Delivering exceptional service and technical advice to customers

What We're Looking For
  • Trade-qualified mechanic with experience in the Australian automotive industry
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of setting daily job priorities and managing workshop efficiency
  • High attention to detail and safety standards
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive team attitude
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
  • Valid driver's licence
