Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.We're currently seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team for our major government accounts As the Space Data Manager you will provided with training and knowledge to get you up to speed with our systems and processesThe Space Data Manager will manage our client's space and occupancy data, and provide analysis and development of space and occupancy reporting and dashboards. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to provide space data and occupancy metrics that contribute to delivering occupancy and property decisions and strategies.A snapshot of the role:Acts as a single point of contact to the Occupancy Planning account team for all database, drawing and application related supportPerform manual data updates and imports for occupancy, space or allocation changesTrack and report on seat demand/headcount growth requestsMeet regularly with the client to communicate portfolio metrics on space data initiatives, benchmarking and accuracy using a leading-edge space data management technologyEnsure floorplans are up to date with the correct floorplans and space typesMonitor and evaluate space utilisation and identify opportunities to maximise space efficiencyPerforms monthly data validations, reporting results to Team LeadReports issues and concerns related to the overall use, functionality and performance of technology to the team leadImplement JLL Space Data Management best practisesKey Requirements:A confident self-starter who possesses excellent communication skillsHave a track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the businessBe a collaborative team player who adopts a hands-on approach to problem solvingCan prioritise and juggle multiple competing prioritiesExperience working with floorplans and databases or worked in occupancy/space planning, design or technology managementExperience using Serraview or ArchibusAbility to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and or any additional associated Entity clearancesMust be an Australian CitizenWhat can you expect from us?You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
