What this job involves
We’re currently seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team for our major government accounts As the Space Data Analyst you will provided with training and knowledge to get you up to speed with our systems and processes

The Space Data Analyst will manage our client’s space and occupancy data, and provide analysis and development of space and occupancy reporting and dashboards. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to provide space data and occupancy metrics that contribute to delivering occupancy and property decisions and strategies.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Perform manual data updates and imports for occupancy, space or allocation
Ensure floorplans are up to date with the correct floorplans and space types
Provide and manipulate report data to suit client needs
Monitor and evaluate space utilisation and identify opportunities to maximise space efficiency
