As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service / Admin Coordinator to become the backbone of our day-to-day operations.


About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and the central hub for scheduling and admin support. Working from our Murarrie office, you'll manage calls, coordinate jobs, and keep the workflow running smoothly for our field team.

You'll also collaborate closely with our remote admin assistant to ensure everything stays "Sorted."

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries professionally.
  • Booking and managing electrical jobs in our CRM.
  • Coordinating daily and weekly schedules for our electricians.
  • Ordering materials and tracking supplier deliveries.
  • Managing customer updates, job progress, and completion details.
  • Handling invoicing and supplier bills in Xero (basic bookkeeping).
  • Supporting the director and remote admin with other operational tasks.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in logistics, service scheduling, or call management (trade or service business ideal).
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • Confidence using CRMs, spreadsheets, and Xero accounting software.
  • Strong organisational skills — you thrive on keeping things running efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to be part of a growing team.

Hours & Location
  • Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
  • Work from our Murarrie office
  • Flexible start/finish times: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm (to be discussed)
