CAB Plumbing is seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Plumbers to join our expanding commercial maintenance team in QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work both on the tools and in a hybrid leadership capacity, with the potential to develop into a supervisory or estimating role within the organisation.

About the Role

We are looking for qualified plumbers who are committed to excellence and ready to contribute to a high-performing team. This full-time role offers an attractive hourly rate, benefits, and the chance to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial and base building maintenance
  • Fault finding and repairs
  • Installation and servicing of Billi/Zip systems (training provided)
  • Sewer blockages and pipework repairs
  • Hot water service installation and maintenance
  • Roof leak investigations and water ingress solutions
  • Participation in rotating on-call roster and occasional after-hours work

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in commercial maintenance plumbing
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and a positive attitude
  • Current QLD Plumbing Licence and Construction White Card
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Current Working with Children Check and Police Check (or ability to obtain)
  • Backflow and TMV qualifications are an advantage
  • Supervisory or estimating experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Must be an Australian Resident.
