We have a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join an established gold operation in the Kalgoorlie region. This role offers the chance to take ownership of the mobile maintenance planning function and drive efficiency across a well-supported site.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for developing and managing the maintenance planning function for a fleet of heavy mobile equipment, ensuring reliability and uptime across the operation. The role is ideal for someone with strong Pronto experience and a proven ability to build systems, implement structure, and work collaboratively with maintenance and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop maintenance strategies and plans for plant and mobile equipment, considering equipment criticality.
  • Establish and manage the planning function within Pronto.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs and equipment performance.
  • Plan and coordinate weekly and shutdown maintenance schedules.
  • Review and manage spares inventory in collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Support the Maintenance Superintendent with budgeting, cost control, and supervision as required.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Mobile Maintenance Planner in mining or heavy industry
  • Mechanical trade qualification or relevant technical background
  • Strong CMMS skills (SAP, Pronto, or similar)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and obtain a current police clearance
  • Current Manual driving licence
  • Australian working rights
