5/2, 4/3 Roster (10 Hour Days Only)
roster.

Here's what awaits you:

  • Monitoring, updating and executing the shutdown planning function (Forecast and Planning of maintenance work orders using Pronto XI in its entirety including scoping, planning and ordering of equipment/ materials required for the task.
  • Monitoring and executing set shutdown weekly cadence objectives efficiently.
  • Organising, reviewing and raising vendor Purchase Orders for labour and material requirements.
  • Assisting and being a part of shutdown planning meetings and occasionally running these meetings effectively.
  • Compliance to cost management and budget requirements while shutdown planning work orders.
  • The use of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Project) to assist in tracking and completing the above points listed.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Experience:
Minimum 5 years relevant mining experience in a maintenance planning environment. Good communication skills, demonstrate ability to maintain or exceed best industry practice in all work management tasks.

Desired Experience:
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy of Microsoft Office and Pronto XI.

Qualifications
: Current "C" Class Western Australian Driver's License, Trade Certificate and/ or Engineering Degree.
